Why We Built This Site
Michigan public access is easier when the correct court is identified first. Marc Kleiman, the Menominee County Clerk and Circuit Court Clerk, maintains circuit filings and the circuit register of actions. The 95A District Court clerk maintains district citations, filings, records, and payments, while the Probate Register keeps probate records. MiCOURT Case Search is the statewide public search layer, but it does not replace a clerk request for the official record. The material here organizes those separate paths, including court selection, record terms, and request options.

This is a privately operated reference resource, with no affiliation to a Michigan court, clerk, or government agency. Its role is limited:
- It cannot obtain an official docket sheet or file from a court system
- It cannot set, change, postpone, or confirm a hearing
- It cannot alter, seal, expunge, or amend a court case
- It cannot issue certified court copies, orders, or transcripts
- It cannot provide legal advice about an individual matter
- It cannot promise that a court procedure, number, fee, or setting remains current
